Whenever I finally have a baby, I'm going to need you to let me in on all these tricks ahead of time, because just THINKING about the events in the previous blog post almost made me want to freak out and run to Venezuela. I'm glad you found something to help keep things centered, and not fleeing for the border!
I'm so glad you've gotten some relief! My biggest concern with one of those things is how tangled up I'd get in it. Don't get yourself tied up in a knot.
