brownies: baked, devoured

green: (sigh) yes

exercise: no

yau-man: rocks

rocky: sayonara

the office: still repeats

bug: walking, climbing on rocking chair

weekend: maybe some gardening, getting new front door

mini bagels: so tasty

emails: mostly unanswered

outside: kinda cold.

may i ask how your hips crack? i mean, my knees crack all the time, and every time, i'm reminded of one of cinderella's stepsisters -- the one with the squeaky knee who walks like she has a fake leg.

I guess it cracks where my leg joins the hip? The hip flexor? It's a strange phenomena to behold, I must admit.

my hips pop, too. I have several methods for popping them when I feel they need the release: crossing one ankle on the other knee and bending, pushing the original leg's knee to help really get the stretch. Or standing on one leg and bending over at the waist, lifting the other leg out behind until the pop from the supporting leg. Or when sitting on the ground, just flipping my foot out and pressing the knee down (much like the position kids sit in with both feet are flipped out and you think it's got to kill their knees, but only one side at a time, and only breifly)
