whatever melrose's issues are... okay, she needs to relax but come on!! how did she lose over caridee?! fucking ridiculous. fucking-ridiculous... i may have to stop watching in protest. clearly there's a trend of insanity here and bad executive producer decision making. suck-S. i mean seriously... horrible. how?

I agree, Melrose didn't really have a chance. She was too uptight and "technically" proficient as a model, rather than exhibiting the raw talent of Caridee. Not that she wasn't talented and not that she won't make it as a model after ANTM. And not that we didn't love her, despite her cringeworthy perfectionist meltdowns. But really, you didn't see it coming that Caridee was a shoo-in? She's a blonde Adrianne Curry, practically. Next thing you know she'll be on Surreal Life 16, hooking up with and eventually marrying Bob Barker.
She's all right, after all, that Caridee. I might even forgive her someday for her transgression against Nigel. Doesn't Nigel get more smoking hot with each passing season? Or is it just me.
i liked melrose, all in all. she won all those challenges, took all those great photos, she really swept the competition. and caridee on the runway! horrid! i was shocked she won. melrose may be a perfectionist, but she did almost everything they asked her to do better than caridee. if the competition was "america's next top personality model" their decision would make sense, but you can't spend the whole show talking about looks and photos and being fierce and then give the prize to the nicest girl. it doesn't make sense. either you are shallow and stupid or you are deep and sensitive. you can't switch your requirements to win for the last show!
I think Melrose and Caridee look exactly the same.

noone, NO ONE< can be adrianne curry. although her marrying bob, that's hot... nigel um, seemed slightly hostile and prickish this season- smiling and silent is much better on him. and i agree melrose will make it as a model no matter what, ultimately though i just hate the behind the seasons stuff they should tell us- like the reality is, caridee is more 'seventeen' magazine and they're skewing young and the covergirl tiein is too- and that's ultimately why she lost. and i hate that underthecover of darkness bs they shows do and pretend its bcs of something else. none of thepast seasons wouldve gotten away with that atrocious runway debacle that was her if that wasn't true.
also, it's not melrose's fault she's blonde. they dyed her hair. how can that be used against her.

I LOOOOOOOOVED Melrose. And sorry to say, thought Caridee (what's up with that name anyway) was the stupid hick sob story with her weird skin disease she wouldn't stop yapping about.
Melrose was CLEARLY prettier, outperformed on the runway and should've won. I was pissed.
I, too, was pissed that Caridee won. She was EFFING CRAZY. And I don't know why being TOO GOOD at something would be reason not to win. Also, Caridee's run down the catwalk made me giggle. And I don't know much about fashion? But I don't think I was supposed to giggle.
