ah pumpkins! cuz i know you all want to know! look how big they are!!! the one on the left is probably its set size and the one on the right looks like it might get a bit bigger. there were other things to blog about- i had this brilliant moment in my car but it was gone by the time i got to work. dang.

You see how the surface of the pumpkins aren't as shiny as they were on August 22? That's a clue that their growth is slowing, and they'll be turning orange soon. Or a lovely shade of peachy beige.
Such happy things are pumpkins.
That's why you're supposed to keep pens and paper in the car to take notes.
Of course, then you end up with bitty scraps of paper and notes on napkins in a pile...or lost.
Maybe you should just keep a notebook in the car until you decide to write from it?
In any case, I'm sure your brilliant inspiration will return.
