I have at times packed at the last minute, up late weeding things out, when i went to turkey for instance, i took out a bag! worth of items sometime around 1am... but since there's been such anticipation for this trip... 20 days compared to a couple years of wanting is nothing!
I am so excited for you, and also totally and completely jealous. I'm definitely going to have to start planning my next big adventure.

I took a Space Pen because they are supposed to work up to 295 degrees, so you can carry it in your pocket and not worry about it leaking. It worked!
